PEKANBARU, Pendidikan luar sekolah (PLS)atau Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF) sama pentingnya denga pendidikan formal, dalam hal sama-sama bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia.

Hal itu diungkapkan Kepala Balai Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Belajar (BPKB) Provinsi Riau atau saat ini disebut UPT P3PNFI Provinsi Riau Drs H Ali Fahmi,M.Pd saat penutupan diklat UPT P3PNFI se Riau, yag diikuti oleh tutor Paket B, tutor Paket C, Tutor KF dan pengelola PKBM se Provinsi Riau di Hotel Mutiara Merdeka PekanbaruJumat (11/11/2011) mala
Diklat yang telah dilaksanakan sejak senin (07/11/2011) hingga Jumat (11/11/2011) tersebut diikuti sebanyak 210 orang tutor dan pengelola de Provinsi Riau.

Diungkapkan Ali Fahmi, diklat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tutor dan pengelola PKBm dalam memberikan materi pelajaran pada warga belajar. Sehingga ada perubahan baru dalam proses pembelajaran.

"Diklat ini narasumbernya tak hanya dari Dinas Pendidikan, UPT P3PNFI juga dari praktisi dan dari Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional Jakarta. Kami berharap diklat ini bermanfaat bagi peserta diklat dalam hal perubahan baru," papar Ali Fahmi.

Fahmi berharap ke depan kegiatan diklat ini dapat ditingkatkan dan selalu diadakan guna memotivasi tutor dan meningkatkan alitas tutor demi mewujudkan masyarakat Indonesia yang berkualitas melalui pendidikan non formal.

Pada tanggal 15 September 2011 nan lalu, Direktur Utama Asia Karsa Indah ini kebakaran jenggot karena ada sebuah postingan yang menyatakan Komisarisnya klo gak salah bernama JULIAN sudah kabur ke Singapura. Dan juga mengatakan perusahaan ASIA KARSA INDAH ini sedang bangkrut, kemudian teman saya meminta bantuan saya untuk membuat sebuah postingan agar postingan yang dimaksud bisa turun dari pencarian google.co.id pada halaman pertama menjadi halaman berikutnya. HISTORY RIAU PROVINCE
a. Period March 5, 1958 - January 6, 1960

History of Pekanbaru

Pekanbaru name was formerly known by the name "Senapelan" which at that time headed by a Chief called Inner. The area originally as a field, gradually became the township.
